With over 30 years of experience designing homes, Bob specializes in creating high-efficiency homes that are both innovative and functional. He leads the technical aspects of the design phase, including framing, construction plans, and 3D computer modeling, while managing all site and construction operations.
Corinne Kody, with her background in computer science and a natural talent for interior design, provides the creative perspective that transforms houses into homes. As a mother of three, she brings practical insights into layout and design choices that ensure each home is as comfortable as it is stylish. Corinne oversees homeowner selections, finish coordination, and follow-up services, ensuring every detail is perfect.
